Memory low. Leave the transaction before taking a break!

Hi Basis Consultants,

I am facing one error when ever executing T-code for Z report in Quality Server ,

the following error is coming  : ' Memory low. Leave the transaction before taking a break! '

and " The memory on your application server is running low. and no CUA available '.

what is the reason for this error, i am getting only for Z TCodes  exution time only.

plz give me solution .
